The Grand Ronde Ranch. Sitting in the land and sky of the West this ranch stands over miles of seemingly endless, empty grassland. Yet on a cloudless night scattered between you and the horizon are thousands of stars and solitude. Some places seem filled with great power and enchantment. These walls and floors are saturated with old historic memories and now will create new memories to be for its new family.

The siding (recycled Douglas Fir) inside and outside, (30,000 sq. ft.) was the flooring (2 x 12) reclaimed from the old Simpson Door Company that was built in 1912(See tear down page). The ceiling material also from the old Simpson Door Company was cut from recycled hemlock beams, 3x6 T&G.

Some of the Beams were cut from Douglas Fir salvaged buckskins, #1 select, free of heart center. Construction work by Jim Edwards Construction of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Architect firm, Miller-Hull Architects Seattle, WA. You may visit Miller-Hull at: www.millerhull.com
